Shipping & Delivery
All items that are currently in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation of order completion. Order delivery is expected to be up to 5 working days after dispatchment for residents in the United Kingdom (please allow for up to 28 days for delivery). All items will require a signature on delivery and will at this point be the sole responsibility of you the customer. If in the event the product is returned to us as undeliverable you will be contacted to arrange for re-delivery, however this will incur an additional postage fee. If we cannot get in contact with you we will refund the price of the product or products only, as there are administrative costs involved, the original postal charge cannot be refunded. Please note that any parcels which go missing cannot have a claim started until 15 working days after date of dispatch. Refunds on missing parcels cannot be given until the courier deems the parcel lost, this can take up to 28 days from the date of claim.
School uniform orders will be delivered free of charge within a 5 mile radius of the relevant school or our Nuneaton store.
Privacy & Security
We at Match Fit Kit believe that the privacy and security of our website is paramount to creating the best shopping environment for our customers. For that reason we take extra care and maintain high standards to ensure that no personal customer information is divulged, sold or given to any third party. All customer personal information is dealt with securely and only information that is required to complete orders will be passed on through the correct channels and dealt with appropriately. Any customer who signs up to the website will have personal information stored on our website data base to allow for quicker checkout on further purchases. No payment details will be stored on this data base
Returns & Replacements
If you are not happy or are unsatisfied with any item bought from Match Fit Kit it may be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned as sold in the correct packaging, unworn, in resalable condition and with all selling tags still attached. If an item fails to meet one of these requirements unfortunately we cannot accept its return. All return items must have a note of return included in the packaging when returned to Match Fit Kit. When returning items for an exchange item a postal charge will be incurred. Any item that is returned will be refunded for the price of the item however postal costs cannot be refunded. Products that develop faults tend to do so in the first three months of use. We are happy to receive back any item that has developed a fault during this time frame. Any item that is returned as faulty will be thoroughly inspected by one of our expert team to make sure the item was faulty and not misused or treated incorrectly. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to the customer with a postal charge. Any item that is found to be faulty will be refunded or exchanged for new, and postage charges will be refunded as long as reasonable and receipt is included with return item.
For us to accept any order we must first receive payment of products plus any postal charges where applicable. Payment will be taken automatically on the web site when Match Fit Kit receives the order. All information, when prompted, must be provided by the customer so that card payments can be processed securely. We reserve the right to refuse any order or restrict the number of products ordered. If you provide an email address you will receive an email when your order has been received and then an invoice will be sent to your email address when payment for your order is accepted. This will include the card authorisation code for your payment. Only when you receive your order payment confirmation is the order accepted and a binding contract created between us.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable. You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any other taxes or import duties required in the country that the product is being delivered to. We do our utmost to ensure that all prices on our website are correct, however human error does occur. If we discover an error in price on any order placed we will contact as soon as possible with the option of re-ordering for the correct price or cancelling the order. If we cannot get in contact with you the order will be treated as being cancelled and any money taken will be refunded. We reserve the right to change any of our prices.
To view your orders placed, simply log into your account in the top right corner of the website. Then click on the ‘my order’ link on the left hand side of the screen, here will be displayed any order/s you have placed as well as the current status of the order/s.
Click & Collect
Orders placed for click and collect will be made available for collection as soon as possible during our stated opening hours. You will receive a text notifying you when your order is ready to collect. Goods should be collected from Match Fit Kit School wear, Weddington Road, Nuneaton, CV10 ODA. We will hold your items for a maximum of 28 days, after which we will cancel your order and return goods to stock, unless organised with us otherwise.
